Handley’s cross country teams will host an open 5K run on Friday, July 17th at 7PM at the Kernstown Battlefield, their home course. This is a no frills event — no shirt, no official results, just a clock to see your final time on a certified 5K XC course. It’s a challenging course but a great opportunity to run on the same course that has been in use by Handley since 2005.
We will give a donation to the Kernstown Battlefield but the remaining proceeds will go to the cross country teams. In case of inclement weather we will have the event on Sat. morning, July 18th.
