WHERE & WHEN

The 5k Run/Walk starts at 9:00 AM at Millbrook High School in Winchester, Va.  Race day registration will be from 7:30AM – 8:45AM.  251 First Woods Drive, Winchester, VA  22603

COURSES

The 5K Run/Walk is a measured 5K (3.1 mile) route on paved surfaces and roads around the Millbrook High School grounds and neighboring subdivisions.  The Kids Fun Run will be one lap around the school track and will begin when all 5K participants have finished.

AWARDS

For the top three men & women overall, top Masters (40 & over) man & woman, and the top three in the following age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over.  All children participating in the Fun Run will receive a medal.  There will be no duplication of awards.  First overall male & female  finishers will win a free pair of shoes from Runners’ Retreat.   T-shirts guaranteed to all pre-registrants (Before Noon on October 18, 2014) and “As Available” for those registering after pre-registration!  T-shirts are available only for those participating in the 5K Run/Walk.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The 5K Run/Walk fee is $18.00 for members of the SVR and $20.00 for non-members, if registered before 11/1/2014.   The 5k Run/Walk will be $15.00 for children under 14 years of age.  The Kids Fun Run will be $5.00.  You can download a printable registration form or register online at our website.  Paypal is available for online registrants.

RACE POLICIES
No pets, headphones, strollers or roller blades will be permitted in the 5K Run or Kids Fun Run.
