Weather at race time (9:00 AM): 58° rising to 63°, mostly sunny, little wind. Course: Measured loop on somewhat hilly roads in the vicinity of the middle school and the old Avtex plant, with an out-and-back section through the Randolph-Macon Academy campus; minor detour around construction fencing in the final tenth of a mile may have added around 35 feet to the normal course.
